The three operational bottlenecks we solve are not necessarily your three biggest problems overall — they are the three biggest bottlenecks we can realistically solve within 90 days, using the tools and systems your business already runs on. If a fix would require implementing new software and onboarding your team onto it, that is a longer project on its own, and it is not something we can complete — properly — alongside two other major fixes in the same 90 days.
How the $50,000 guarantee actually works. Every engagement begins with us reviewing your full financial picture, followed by a kickoff call and an initial analysis. If that analysis shows we cannot uncover at least $50,000 in recoverable profit based on what your numbers show, you have two options: take a full refund, or sign off in writing to continue the engagement anyway — acknowledging that the $50,000 guarantee does not apply and cannot be claimed later. We only proceed on that basis if you agree in writing.
Results depend on the information you give us. Recoverable-profit figures are based on the financial records and operational details you provide. The analysis is only as accurate as the information behind it, so we can only work with what we can see.
